- 3 X 20 waist/hips/abdominal exercise
- 3 X 20 back raisers
- 3 X 20 right leg across body to left hand vice versai
okay...training was like GREAT today..i don't know why but i felt extremly motivated today!!! :) i love today's training..there was this invisible power in me today...i wasn't tired!!! i could even do another set!!! but of course i didn't...

Today is a friday.
The date is 31 nov 2006.
I had training at bishan stadium.
I slept for a total of 7 hours.
it was really really sunny this morning.
i ate bread ham and cheese!
today for training we did
- 6 rounds around the stadium
- drills
- 3/40m of high knee lift( /= times)
-8/200m
- cool down : )
and time for my reflections!!!!
today was really really really tiring!!! seriously!!! but gladly i survived!!amazed! during training i wasn't feeling very well miss poon said that it was because i didn't eat properly and i realise she was right! i didn't eat dinner last night so i decided to eat my meals properly!

Today is a Monday.
The date is 27 nov 2006.
I had training at school.
I slept for a total of 7 hours.
it was really really sunny this morning.

and time for my reflections!!!!
yay! jiao lian is back! today when i heard about our schedule, i was like dying but in my mind i keep on telling myself " come on ling yu! you can do it!" and yes! i did it! though the runs did not need speed , but it was still tiring cause i keep reminding myself toswing my arms and to do high knee lift.. but sadly these reminders only help in the first part of the run cause as i reached to the end, my body refuse to listen to my mind! but over all, the training today was great! i really need to improve my running techniques!
